The short answer: Jobber costs from $29 per month for one user billed annually, and most small teams should budget for Connect at $149 per month billed annually for five users. Solo operators get a complete booking, quoting and invoicing toolkit on Core, while teams that need automatic reminders, accounting sync and route tools need Connect or above.
Jobber advertises a starting price of $29 per month, and that number is real. It is also the narrowest possible version of the product: one user, paid a year in advance, on the plan with no accounting sync and no automatic client reminders. What a working business actually pays depends on team size, billing choice and which features sit behind the higher tiers. This guide walks through every plan and price so you can work out your real number before you start a trial.
This is a pricing explainer, not a hands-on review. Every price below was verified on 30 October 2026 on Jobber’s official pricing page, and we quote list prices throughout. A promotional offer was running on the page on the verification date, shown as save up to 40 percent, and promotions like that come and go, so treat any discount you see as temporary. Prices are in US dollars, before sales tax.
How Jobber pricing works
Jobber sells four plans: Core, Connect, Grow and Plus. Each plan is priced by team size band, with bands for 1, 5, 10 and 15 users. Self serve pricing stops at 15 users, and larger companies are asked to contact sales. If your team grows past a band, extra users cost $29 per month each.
Every plan also comes with three billing options. You can pay monthly with no commitment, pay monthly with a 1 year commitment at a lower rate, or prepay a year in advance for the lowest monthly rate. The annual prepaid rate is the headline number in most Jobber advertising, and it is non refundable if you cancel mid term, so the saving carries a real commitment.

Core is sold for a single user only. Connect and Grow start at one user, while Plus starts at five users, so there is no cheap way into the Plus feature set for a very small team.
Who each tier fits
Core fits the solo operator. It covers the daily basics: a client hub, request forms and online booking, quotes with signature approval, invoicing, online payments, a basic website and reporting. If you work alone and mainly want bookings, quotes and invoices out of your notebook and into one system, Core does that job at the lowest price Jobber offers.
Connect fits the small team that is tired of chasing people. This is the tier where the office starts to run itself. Reminders go out without you, quotes chase themselves, and your books sync with your accounting software. For most small cleaning, landscaping and maintenance companies with a handful of staff, Connect is the realistic starting point rather than Core.
Grow fits the growing company that sells and measures. Grow adds the tools that help you win better work and see what each job actually earned. It suits businesses quoting larger jobs, texting clients all day and watching margins crew by crew.
Plus fits the bigger operation that needs control. Crew level scheduling, unlimited photo and media storage, custom reports and the deepest onboarding help are aimed at companies running several crews, where a manager needs oversight more than another booking feature.
What you gain at Connect and Grow
The plan gates matter more than the plan names, because the features most businesses assume are included sit above Core. Core has no QuickBooks Online or Xero sync, no automated appointment reminders, no automatic quote follow ups and no two way texting.
Moving to Connect unlocks the automation layer: automated appointment reminders and on my way messages, automatic quote follow ups, automatic payment collection for recurring work, route optimisation, GPS tracking, time tracking, and sync with QuickBooks Online and Xero.
Moving to Grow unlocks the sales and margin layer: two way text messaging, quotes with images and optional line items, job costing with real time profitability and margin threshold alerts, and custom workflow automations. Plus then adds crew scheduling, unlimited photo and media storage and custom reports, and it includes the three paid add ons below at no separate charge.
Add-on costs and card processing fees
Jobber names three add ons on its pricing page: Marketing Suite, AI Receptionist and Pipeline. They are paid extras on Core, Connect and Grow, and included on Plus. The pricing page itself does not print their prices. Independent trackers who read the same page in October 2026 listed Marketing Suite at $99 per month, Pipeline at $49 per month and AI Receptionist at $29 per month, with the Receptionist charging $0.79 for each conversation beyond a monthly allowance, based on Jobber help centre articles. Treat those three figures as secondary reporting rather than official prices, and confirm them in the signup flow before you rely on them.
Payment fees are printed on the official page and are easier to pin down. Card payments taken online cost 2.9 percent plus 30 cents per transaction. Tap to Pay in the mobile app costs 2.7 percent plus 30 cents. ACH bank payments cost 1 percent, and instant payout costs an extra 1 percent fee. For a business that puts most of its revenue through cards, these fees add up to far more than the difference between plan tiers, which is why the worked examples below include them.
What it really costs: two worked examples
A solo cleaner on Core. One user on the annual prepaid rate pays $29 per month, which is $348 per year. Say she collects $4,000 a month across 40 cleans, all paid by card online. The card fees come to 2.9 percent of $4,000, which is $116, plus 40 lots of 30 cents, which is $12, for a total of $128 a month. Her real cost of running the software is about $157 a month, not $29. If clients pay by ACH instead, the fee on the same $4,000 drops to $40 at the 1 percent rate.
A five person team on Connect. Five users on the annual prepaid rate pay $149 per month. That tier is the one most small teams land on, because it includes the automatic reminders and the accounting sync that Core lacks. Say the team collects $15,000 a month across 150 jobs, all by card online. Fees come to 2.9 percent of $15,000, which is $435, plus 150 lots of 30 cents, which is $45, for a total of $480 a month. Real running cost is about $629 a month before any add ons. Adding Marketing Suite at the secondary reported price of $99 per month would take it to about $728.
The free trial
Jobber offers a 14 day free trial with full access to all features on the Grow plan, and no credit card is required. That is a fair way to test the gated features above, since the trial shows you Grow rather than the limited Core tier.
Verdict
Jobber pricing is honest but layered. The $29 headline buys a genuinely useful solo toolkit, as long as you accept one user, annual prepayment, and no accounting sync or automatic reminders. The moment you hire help or want the software to chase clients for you, the realistic price is $149 per month billed annually for a five user Connect plan, and card fees will likely cost you more each month than the subscription itself. Price your decision on the tier you will need in six months, run the trial at that tier, and read our Housecall Pro pricing explained guide to compare the ladder before you commit.
